CHARITY PARTNER: -
Growing Futures is an early education center/Head Start program in Johnson County, with a mission to nurture children and strengthen families to enrich our community. Though Johnson County, Kansas, is known for affluence, over 40,000 residents live below the federal poverty line—including 4,000 children under the age of five. Last school year, Growing Futures served over 200 kids. Currently, 200+ kids are sitting on Growing Futures' waitlist due to a lack of classrooms + funding.
