Help celebrate Veterans Day with a 5K, 10K or 15K event honoring those who have served our country.  The 5K race will be held at English Landing Park in Parkville and participants will receive a custom finishers medal and can add a long sleeve event shirt for $8.  Top finishers will compete for age group and overall awards.

This race is being run in honor of long time area runner, World War II veteran, and VFW employee, Ed Burnham, and a portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit the VFW Foundation in his honor. Top Overall Male and Female and Top Masters Male and Female (40+)

AGE GROUPS:

Awards will be given to the Top Overall Male Finisher, the Top Overall Female Finisher, the Fastest Masters Male Finisher and the Fastest Masters Female Finisher in both the 5K, 10K and the 15K,

 

In the 5k awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each age group in the following age groups: 10 & under, 11 - 14, 15 - 19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79 and 80 Plus and in the 10k and 15k the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80 and over.
