
MONSTER DASH 5K

The Monster Dash 5K Run is a family friendly 5K and kids fun run that give adults and kids a great reason to put on your Halloween costume and go for a run! In addition to the 5k we will also have a kids fun run for kids ages 10 and under! Participants will have a chance to win age group awards and costume awards.

As a participant of the Monster Dash 5K, you will receive: IPICO chip timing, finisher's medal, top overall, masters, and 5 year age group awards, an aid station on the course, large mile markers, and great post race food and beverages. All Lil' Monsters' Kids Run participants will receive a shirt and a Lil' Monster medal. 5K participants can add a race shirt for $6.

AWARDS
Awards will be given to the Top Overall Male and Female and Top Masters Male and Female (40+)
Awards will also be given to first, second and third males and females in each age group: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
Results will be posted at the registration site. You can also sign up to get a text message with your results when you register.

Newhouse is to break the cycle of domestic violence
by providing the tools which allow women to make
positive choices and lead self-sufficient lives. The
organization provides shelter and therapy, children's
